Shipping
 

Our shipping costs are the following:
France & EU countries: 7 euros.

US & Canada: 20 euros. 
Other countries: upon request.
 

Works are usually shipped within 5 to 10 business days.
If extra delays are required, you will be notified.

We use France National Post Services 'La Poste - Colissimo'.

Return

We will only accept the return of works if sent back in original mint conditions.

Customers must provide notification of their intent to return any work within 14 days
of receipt by emailing at damiennicolasroux@gmail.com.
 

Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Customers are liable for return and reshipment costs on all returned works.

We cannot be held liable for works lost in transit.

We will refund items via Paypal within 7 business days
once it is received in mint conditions.
